S.P.S.I. ownership, Luis Reyes, has over 27 years of extensive experience and expertise in the post tensioning field starting in 1979, in Dallas, Texas as a production manager. There he quickly exemplified that he was a leader, innovator and mission setter for the company. Breaking production records without jeopardizing a quality product for the customer.  More importantly, he was able to get a large team of individuals assembled and motivate them into becoming the best they could be in their certain field of expertise.
